I'd previously tried sleeping with both the flat clip on head phones and the in ear ones that came with my MP3 player but as well as being really uncomfortable I was waking up in the night with sore ears. Then I saw these and since getting my SleepPhone's I haven't looked back, they're so comfortable I don't even realize that I'm wearing them. So comfortable.
